Story Swap
An informal story swap is held the 4th Sunday of the month, at 2:00 p.m., at Stapeley in Germantown, 6300 Greene Street, Philadelphia, PA  19144.  We meet in the Parlor, and the attendees range from experienced storytellers to people who think they are only story listeners.  We share personal experience stories, and some of us share a folktale or a literary tale.  All are welcome.  For more information, call Barbara Baumgartner at 215-849-8783.

Coaching Group
We meet the third Sunday of the month, from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. The group meets in the homes of the members, with the location changing for each meeting. The purpose of the coaching group is to offer positive feedback on developing new stories. The size of the coaching group is limited: twelve to fifteen members. Mid-Atlantic Storytelling In Ministry Conference
Michael Forestieri leads a conference on Christian Storytelling and Bible Telling on Saturday, April 17, in Elkton, Maryland. A day filled with workshops and storytelling starts at 8:30 AM and ends at 9:00 PM. More information is available at tellitlikeitis.com.

Storytelling Workshop
Ray Gray and Dennis Strain are developing a storytelling workshop for adults. The 90 minute workshop will explore four different storytelling traditions.
